ZAKALA

One portfolio. One standard.

A French house. A global standard. An engineering mindset.

THE THESIS

Before the cost is committed, Zakala produces a decision.

SMAXIA acts before learning time is committed. REVAKTIS acts before growth capital is committed. OPERAKTIS acts before automation capital is committed. The other projects apply the same discipline to their markets: reducing uncertainty before the decision.

Understand the Group

THE SYSTEM

Who owns. Who operates. Who decides.

One group organises governance. The Zakala intellectual-property model organises and protects the portfolio's assets. Engines, offerings and projects meet their markets without confusing the asset, the operation and the allocation decision. Each level has one function. None replaces another.

  1. ZAKALA GROUP

    portfolio governance and allocation

  2. ZAKALA INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

    organisation and protection of assets

  3. ENGINES, OFFERINGS AND PROJECTS

    operations and market

THE STANDARD

A promise never enters production.

Frame. Source. Specify. Build. Test. Audit. Seal. Each stage leaves an artefact. Every artefact can be reviewed. Every version can be stopped before it consumes more time or capital.

  1. FRAME

Define the problem, scope, exclusions and stop condition.

  2. SOURCE

Tie every claim to a dated document or remove it.

  3. SPECIFY

Write the expected behaviour and acceptance criteria before construction.

  4. BUILD

Execute the specification without freedom over names, prices or scope.

  5. TEST

Prove by measurement, never by description.

  6. AUDIT

Submit the result to a contradictory review independent from construction.

  7. SEAL

Freeze the version, timestamp it and publish its fingerprint where appropriate.

  8. GO

    GO / REWORK / STOP

One verdict per version. Reviewable, timestamped, sealed.

NEXT PROOF

Three engines. Three next proofs. One decision at a time.

Each priority engine has one next proof to produce before the next stage is committed. The portfolio does not try to prove everything at once.

  1. SMAXIA

One subject, one chapter, one assessment, reference teachers and measured results.

  2. REVAKTIS

A real budget decided before spending and an outcome compared with the projections.

  3. OPERAKTIS

A documented baseline, a real cost and a GO or STOP verdict.

  4. REWORK

    Decide, then commit

Fund the proof. Not the promise.

DEPLOYMENT

One standard. Three paths.

France → World for SMAXIA and REVAKTIS. France + Côte d'Ivoire → World for OPERAKTIS. Côte d'Ivoire → West Africa → other markets for IZUXE EduOne, ZurraGo, iZénéo and KobaaGo. The world is never automatic — it becomes the consequence of transferable proof.

  1. FRANCE

Engineering · intellectual property · innovation funding.

  2. CÔTE D'IVOIRE

    Pilots · partners · operations.

  3. OTHER MARKETS

    Replication after evidence.

THE FOUNDER

Ten years governing programmes before governing a portfolio.

Before Zakala, Alexis ZAH BI worked on programme portfolios at BNP Paribas and then Orange France. He learnt a simple discipline: a budget is not evidence, a schedule is not a result, and a project deserves to continue only while its decisions remain clear. Zakala applies that discipline to products, markets and the teams expected to carry them.

TALENT

The same standard, applied to recruitment.

Zakala Talent links an opportunity, a server-side assessment and a traceable decision. The Corporate website opens a door to the product. It does not expose it or confuse it with the Group website.

Which next proof would you like to fund, build, host or lead?

An investor funds a stage. A company opens a pilot. A partner brings a market or a corpus. A leader takes responsibility for a proof.
